The Canaries are excited to offer kids the opportunity to participate in several different events each night at the stadium, including:
Stars of Tomorrow
The Canaries are looking for Little League teams to come to the ballpark and play catch in the outfield before the game! Each team member will be introduced on the P.A. system and will appear on our video board prior to the start of the game! Each team member will get to run out with the Canaries during pre-game introductions and stand next to Canaries player for the National Anthem! Tickets for all kids, coaches, parents, and friends are just $6!
First Premier/Premier Bankcard Bat Buddy
Have you ever wanted to see what it feels like to be a Canaries player during a game? This is your chance! One (1) lucky child will serve as the First Premier/Premier Bankcard "Bat Buddy" for each home game. The bat buddy will get their name announced on the P.A. System as well as have their photo appear on the big screen before the game! Best of all you'll spend the night inside the Canaries dugout helping grab and return bats to Canaries players. Plus, you'll go home with an official "Bat Buddy T-Shirt" and a night full of memories!
Play Ball Announcer
The game can't officially start until we say "Play Ball!" One child will be selected for each game to be the official "Play Ball" announcer prior to the start of the game. You will be on the field right after the national anthem and appear on the video board as you officially get the game started!
Mini Manager of the Night
Every wondered what it's like to be a manager of a professional baseball team? You can serve as a mini-manager for a game and help Canaries manager Steve Shirley hand out the lineup card before the game. Hang out in the dugout with the manager and players before the game and then help Steve turn in his lineup card before the teams take the field! You'll appear on the video board with name recognition and get to see firsthand what it's like to be real manager!
