Morrow settled things down on the hill for the Canaries after a third, putting together 1.2 innings of scoreless baseball before being relieved by Nicco Blank, who finished off the bottom of the fifth with a flyout.
After a scoreless top of the sixth for the Birds though, the Goldeyes answered with three runs on two hits and two walks against Blank in the bottom of the inning to extend their lead to 14-7.
