All games begin with a Pre-Game Show, 20 minutes prior to the first pitch. Beatty is in his fourth season behind the mic for the Birds and brings you every pitch on KWSN and online at
www.kwsn.com.  During the broadcast, Beatty reads listener email and gives fans chances to win Canaries tickets.

Before joining the Canaries in 2010, Beatty broadcasted with the Rockford Aviators (then RiverHawks) of the independent Frontier League. He called every game of the Pheasants' 2010 North Division championship season in which they won a record 63 games and advanced to the American Association championship series.

In the offseason, Beatty works as an announcer, on-air talent and producer at a radio group in Champaign, Ill. There he covers University of Illinois baseball, softball and basketball as well as high school basketball and football.
