Canaries Re-Sign RHP Will Levine
Sioux Falls, SD – The Sioux Falls Canaries are excited to announce the return of right-handed pitcher Will Levine, who will be back with the Birds for his second season in 2026.
Levine was a steady and reliable presence out of the Canaries bullpen during the 2025 campaign. Appearing in 36 games, the right-hander logged 36.2 innings, posting a 3.19 ERA with 39 strikeouts and a 1.22 WHIP. His ability to miss bats while limiting traffic on the bases made him a key piece of the Sioux Falls pitching staff throughout the season.
“Will was exactly what we needed out of the bullpen last year,” said Canaries Manager Mike Meyer. “He attacked hitters, competed every time he took the ball, and gave us quality innings in big situations. We’re thrilled to have him back and will be heavily relying on him again this season.”
Levine’s return continues to solidify the Canaries’ pitching depth as the club builds its roster for the upcoming season. Fans can look forward to seeing the right-hander back on the mound at The Birdcage in 2026.
