Dorminy Named Carbliss Pitcher of the Week
Thomas Dorminy has been named the American Association’s Carbliss Pitcher of the Week for the week ending July 27, 2025.
The Lutz, Florida, native tossed eight shutout innings Sunday afternoon against Lake Country, scattering four hits while striking out five.
This marks the second career weekly honor for Dorminy and the first for a Canaries pitcher since Dorminy was recognized on May 19, 2025.
An all-star selection this season, Dorminy leads the American Association with nine wins and his 2.38 ERA ranks second among qualified pitchers.
